摘要
目的 :探讨分析对非酒精性脂肪肝患者进行血脂、血糖及肝功能检测的意义。方法 :选取2011年3月至2013年11月间我院收治的非酒精性脂肪肝患者60例作为研究对象,并将其设为研究组,另选取同期在我院接受体检的患者60例作为对照组,为两组患者进行血糖、血脂及肝功能检测,观察对比两组患者各项指标的检测结果,并将对比的结果及两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果 :研究组患者HDL-C的水平明显低于对照组患者,TG、FBG、TC、LDL-C、GGT、ALT及AST的水平均明显高于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:非酒精性脂肪肝患者的血糖、血脂及肝功能指标的水平均较高,为临床诊断及治疗非酒精性脂肪肝提供了参考,具有十分重要的临床意义。
Objective: To investigate glucose, lipids and liver function test results in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver, so as to provide a clinical basis. The method will be included in the hospital between March 2011 to November 2013 60 hospitalized patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease as research subjects, randomly selected from the same period in the same hospital as the health of the 60 cases in the control group to analyze physical display related indicators were compared test results of blood sugar, blood lipids, liver function.
