摘要
从马克思主义地租理论出发 ,讨论了立木常用三种评估方法的统一性 ;论述了林地、林木与森林环境评估的相关性 ;提出了以负地租的值作为生态效益补偿最低限及各地位指数下零地租形成的等值线作为发展商品用材林界限的思路 ,为森林分类经营。
Based on the Marxist land rent theory, this paper discusses the unity of the three different evaluation methods and the co-relationship between forest land, standing trees and forest environment evaluation. This paper also puts forward the strain of thought which looks on the value of negative land rent as the minimum for eco-benefit compensation and regards the equal curve of each site index connected by the points on which the land rent is zero as the demarcation line for developing commercial timber forest, thus provides some basis for the capitalization management of forest and the classification management of forestry.
