摘要
目的探讨老年人行保留后瓣及瓣下结构的二尖瓣置换术的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2008年7月～2012年12月行MVR完整病例资料35例,其中保留二尖瓣全部后瓣及瓣下结构10例,仅保留部分二尖瓣后瓣及瓣下结构25例。结果本组死亡1例,死亡率为2.86%(1/35),低心排综合征1例,呼吸系统并发症2例。结论选择合适的患者,老年人保留后瓣及瓣下结构的二尖瓣置换术安全有效,临床值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of mitral valve replacement（MVR） with preservation of posterior leaflet and subvalvular structures in the elderly patients. Methods The complete case datas of 35 cases with MVR in our hospital from July 2008 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. There were 10 patients with preservation of total posterior leaflet and subvalvular structures and 25 patients with preservation of party posterior leaflet and subvalvular structures. Results 1 case died and the mortality was 2.86% （ 1/35 ）,1 case had low cardiac output syndrome,2 cases had respiratory complication. Conclusion Mitral valve replacement with preservation of posterior leaflet and subvalvular structures in the elderly patients is safe and effective through selecting appropriate patients,and it is worth generalizing and applying.
