摘要
目的探讨近年来大黄甘草汤的研究及应用概况,为扩大其使用和临床治疗范围提供一定参考。方法从大黄甘草汤的化学成分、药理研究、临床应用和应用展望4个方面展开,系统阐述其研究及应用概况。结果现有研究主要考察大黄甘草汤中蒽醌类化合物和甘草酸类成分在单煎液、合煎液中的含量差异以及不同煎煮方法、煎煮时间对其含量的影响。大黄甘草汤对改善重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)并发肝损伤大鼠的胰腺及肝脏组织损伤、抑制平滑肌和解痉等均有一定作用。大黄甘草汤临床可以治疗呕吐、便秘、胰腺炎、胆石症等。结论大黄甘草汤在胃肠功能紊乱方面有着广泛应用。纳米乳是应用前景广阔的纳米药物载体之一,大黄甘草汤及活性成分纳米乳有望对大肠癌的临床治疗提供新的思路和方法。
Objective To investigate the research and application proIlies oi rnunarnyears and provide a reference to expand the scope of its use and clinical treatment. Methods From four aspects of rhubarb and licorice soup, the chemical composition, pharmacological research, clinical applications and application prospect, we systematically elaborated its research and application profiles. Results The present studies examined different contents of anthraquinone compounds and licorice acids of rhubarb and licorice soup in a single decoction and combined decoction, and influence of different boiling methods, boiling time on their contents. Rhubarb and licorice soup have some effect on improving severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) complicated by liver pancreas and liver damage in rats tissue damage, inhibition of smooth muscle spasm, and so on. rhubarb decoction can treat vomiting, constipation, pancreatitis, cholelithiasis in clinical. Conclusion Rhubarb and licorice soup has a wide application in gastrointestinal dysfunction. Nanoemulsion is a promising nano-drug carriers, there is no report about rhubarb and licorice decoction and its active ingredient nanoemulsion and its treatment on colorectal cancer, and it is expected to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of colorectal cancer clinically.
