The responsibilities of project management can include the analysis and evaluation of project decisions, project implementation, project completion and various works in commissioning stage. In the specific implementation, responsibilities and services of PM company are very broad and flexible, which is mainly determined according to the contract with the owner. This paper details the selection mode of project management, analyzes its contracting model and application, and makes corresponding recommendations for some of the issues of project management, for reference.
