摘要
金融危机下我国政府的4万亿投资计划将我国的工程建设推向高峰期,与此同时,建筑市场中各种违法违规现象更加突出,大部分问题都产生于招标投标环节。其中,串通投标行为由于其隐蔽性强的特点越发猖獗。在介绍我国招投标现状的基础上,通过案例分析串标的形式、危害,并在分析国外防治建筑工程串标行为的经验基础上提出我国对串标行为的解决方法。
