摘要
从用户感知改善出发,基于现有网络和终端采用自动拨测系统自动拨测和人工定期拨测相结合,成功地实现了对用户感知的监测,并根据监测结果对业务平台参数进行分析和优化,主动发现和解决网络存在的问题和隐患,在广西分公司业务平台的运营中取得很好的效果。
From the users' perception of improvement,based on the existing network and terminal,research and practise the business platform call test scheme which is automatic call test combined with artificial call test,successfully realized the monitoring of users' perception,and analysis and optimize the parameters of business platform according to the measured results,active find and solve the network existing problems and hidden danger.And this scheme achieved good results in the business platform operation of guangxi branch.
