摘要
为了更好地评估移动互联网端到端客户感知,通过对移动互联网业务的分析,面向典型TOP应用探讨了客户感知KQI评估建模,结合三大类主流应用的关键KQI指标,进一步分析了如何利用DPI系统有效获取KQI指标,同时,重点对移动互联网客户感知KQI指标异常问题的原因定界与定位进行了深入剖析,从端到端的角度给出了分析思路并在实践案例中得到验证。
To better evaluate mobile Internet end to end customer perception, by analyzing the businesses, targeting typical TOP applications, the paper discussed customer perceived KQI evaluation model. Given the key KQI indicators for three main applications, it further analyzed how to use the DPI system to effectively get the KQI indicators. Meanwhile, the paper made in-depth analysis on the problem of mobile Internet customers perception KQI indicators anomaly positioning and cause, providing analytical methods from the end-to-end perspective and verifi ed in practice.
