摘要
目的建立测定粉类及其制品中甲醛次硫酸氢钠含量的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。方法依据在酸性溶液中,样品中残留的甲醛次硫酸氢钠分解释放出的甲醛被水提取,提取后的甲醛与2,4-二硝基苯肼发生加成反应,生成黄色的2,4-二硝基苯腙,用正己烷萃取后,经高效液相色谱仪分离。结果与标准甲醛衍生物的保留时间对照定性,用标准曲线法定量。该方法检测限为0.2μg/g,回收率为90.0%~97.5%,干扰少,精密度高。结论所建标准可用于粉类及其制品中的甲醛次硫酸氢钠的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of sodium bisulfoxylate formaldehyde in powder and its products. Methods In acidic solution,formaldehyde released from the decomposition of residual sodium bisulfoxylate formaldehyde in the sample was extracted by water,then extracted formaldehyde and 2,4- dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH)took the addition reaction for gener- ating yellow 2,4- dinitrobenzene,which was separated by HPLC after extraction with n- hexane. Results The qualitative determination was conducted by contrasting with the retention time of standard formaldehyde derivatives and the standard curve method was adopted for quantitative determination. This method had the detection limit of 0. 2 μg/g and the recovery rate of 90. 0% -97.5% , with little interferences and high precision. Conclusion The established standard can be used in the quality control of sodium bisulfoxylate formaldehyde in powder and its products.
