摘要
目前,针对现阶段大学生本科培养与就业单位需求脱节的现象,通过引入能力素质模型理论,以能力素质模型引导本科培养方案设置,实质性提升大学生个人价值。
At present,according to the phenomenon the college students undergraduate cultivation and employment units demand disjointed,through the ability quality model theory is introduced to guide undergraduate training plan set up with ability quality model,and to promote substantively college students＇ personal value.
