摘要
目的了解江门市饮水机在使用过程中对桶装饮用水产生的微生物二次污染状况并对其影响因素进行探讨,为进一步改善饮水机的卫生状况、减少二次污染提供科学依据。方法随机抽取79台正在使用的普通饮水机进行细菌学调查,并对其中19台污染前情况和13台清洗后进行追踪观察。结果 79台饮水机其冷水阀出水的细菌总数、霉菌+酵母菌和大肠菌群污染率分别为82.3%、34.2%和10.1%,耐热大肠菌群和致病菌未检出;饮水机清洗前后对比其污染率差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.764,P<0.01)。结论江门市正在使用的饮水机对桶装饮用水仍然存在着严重的微生物二次污染,定期和合理清洗饮水机很有必要。
[ Objective] To understand the status of microbe secondary contamination of bottled drinking water in the use of drinking water supply apparatus and explore its influencing factors, and provide scientific basis for improving the sanitary status of drinking water supply apparatus to decrease secondary contamination. [ Methods ] A total of 79 ordinary drinking water supply apparatus in use were randomly sampled as the objects of bacteriological investigation, among them, 19 drinking water supply apparatus had not been cleaned and another 13 drinking water supply apparatus had been cleaned, and their status of microbe contamination were tracked and observed. [ Results ] The contamination rates of the water that discharged from cold water valve of 79 drinking water supply apparatus for total bacterial count, mould + yeast and coliform group were 82.3%, 34.2% and 10.1% ,respectively. thermotolerant coliform bacteria and pathogenic bacteria were not detected. After cleaning, the contamination rates of bottled drinking water showed significant difference as compared with the same apparatus before cleaning( χ2 = 12. 764,P 〈0.01). [ Conclusion] The serious microbe secondary contamination of bottled drinking water that caused by drinking water supply apparatus in use still exists in Jiangmen City. It is very necessary to clean drinking water supply apparatus regularly and appropriately.
