固体超强酸催化邻甲酚与叔丁醇的烷基化反应 被引量:2

The Research of Solid Super Acid Catalyst over the Alkylation Reaction of o-cresol and Tert-butyl Alcohol

摘要 以邻甲酚和叔丁醇为原料,自制的固体超强酸S2O28-/MnO2/Fe2O3-Al2O3作催化剂,合成了2-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚。通过对酚、醇的摩尔比,回流时间,催化剂用量和反应温度的考察,酚、醇的摩尔比为1.0∶1.7,催化剂用量为3%(占加入物料总量),回流时间为2 h,反应温度为80℃。产率达89.04%。 The 2 - methyl - 6 - tertiary butyl phenol was successfully synthesized over the self - made solid superacid S2O82 -/MnO2/Fe2O3 -Al2O3 as a catalyst with o- cresol and tert- butyl alcohol as raw materials. The reaction condi- tions of mole ratio of phenol and alcohol, reflux time, dosage of catalyst and reaction temperature were discussed in detail. The optimal reaction condition were that the mole ratio of phenol and alcohol was 1.0 : 1.7, the dosage of catalyst was 3% total material, return time was 2 h, the reaction temperature was 80 ℃, and the yield was 89. 04%.
