摘要
2010年7月,温泉水库发生重大险情,威胁到下游格尔木市区几十万人民的生命财产安全,通过修建应急溢洪道排除险情,确保了水库和大坝的安全。对温泉水库抢险应急溢洪道施工技术进行了总结,包括险情处置方案的确定原则以及应急溢洪道的设计和施工,同时还介绍了应急抢险的施工组织。
In July 2010,Wenquan reservoir is very dangerous to threaten millions of people＇s life and properties in Gerrmu.By building emergency spillway,safety of reservoir and dam are ensured.This paper summarizes construction technology of emergency spillway including determine principle of dangerous treatment scheme,and design and construction of the spillway.The construction organize is also introduced.
