摘要
2020年7月9日,江西鄱阳县中洲圩堤因持续强降雨而发生了宽度188 m的重大决口。中国安能集团临危受命承担决口封堵任务,确定了机械化、双向立堵的抢险方案,并采用抢通抢修道路、抛填法抢筑裹头和双向戗堤进占等重要技术措施,实现了快速封堵的目标。同时总结出有效可行的技术措施,为类似险情处置提供有益的借鉴参考。
On July 9,2020,the Zhongzhouwei in Poyang County,Jiangxi Province,suffered a major breach with a width of 188 m due to continuous heavy rainfall.Anneng construction Group was ordered to undertake the task of plugging the breach,determined the rescue plan of mechanization and two-way vertical plugging,and adopted important technical measures such as rushing through the road for emergency repair,rushing to build the wrapping head by throwing and filling method,and advancing the two-way dike to achieve the goal of rapid plugging.At the same time,effective and feasible technical measures are summarized to provide useful reference for the disposal of similar dangerous situations.
