摘要
目的观察剥脱综合征(ES)患者角膜厚度与正常人角膜厚度是否存在差异性。方法 2010年1月至2012年10月间来我院就诊的ES患者112例(112只眼),全部为维吾尔族,57例(57只眼)正常人角膜厚度作为对照。用超声角膜测厚仪测量角膜厚度,观察ES眼和非ES眼有无差异。结果 ES患者角膜厚度(519.80±37.19)μm,正常人角膜厚度(509.16±41.89)μm,两者比较P为0.11无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ES患者角膜厚度与正常人角膜厚度差异无统计学差异。
Objective It has not been reported in literature that whether there are differences in corneal thickness between normal subjects and exfollation syndrome patients. In this study, we evaluated and analyzed the biometrics of cor- neal in patients to assist the diagnosis and treatment d exfollatlon syndrome. Methods Corneal thickness in exfoliatien syndrome patients were measured and compared with those in normal subjects. There were totally 112 Uighurs patients （112 eyes） diagnosed with exfollatien syndrome in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012. Fifty-seven normal subjects （ 57 eyes ） were enrolled as control. Reside; Average corneal thickness was 519.80 ± 37.19 μm in exfollatlon syndrome patients and 509.16 ±41.89 μm in centrol group. The difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Corneal thickness of exfoliation syndrome patients does not differ from that of normal population.
