摘要
采用近液相线铸造法制备含稀土La的ADC12铝合金半固态浆料,研究了稀土La含量、保温时间以及保温温度对ADC12铝合金半固态组织的影响。结果表明:ADC12铝合金通过加入稀土La并在液相线附近进行保温处理,能有效地细化枝晶,促进近球状颗粒的形成。加入质量分数为0.6%的La并在585℃保温15 min制备的ADC12铝合金半固态组织细小、均匀,初生α-Al颗粒呈近球状,共晶Si呈细小颗粒状。
Semi-solid rare-earth La ADCI2 alloy slurry was prepared by near-liquidus casting method. The effects of rare-earth La content, holding time and holding temperature on the microstructure of semi-solid ADC12 alloy slurry were investigated. The results show that rare-earth La and holding treatment at near-liquidus temperature can effectively refine dendritic and form near-spherical particles. Under the condition of appropriate parameters: 0.6% mass fraction of rare-earth La and holding for 15 min at 585 ℃, the microstructure of semi-solid ADC12 alloy slurry becomes fine and uniform. The primary a-A1 particles become near-spherical shape. The eutectic silicon becomes fine granular shape.
