SIMA法制备3A21合金半固态坯料工艺研究 被引量:2

Study of the strain induced melt activation process for preparing the semi-solid slurries of 3A21 alloy

摘要 文章采用正交试验法研究了SIMA法制备3A21合金半固态坯料工艺参数的影响。结果表明,等温处理时间是晶粒细化的最主要因素;热变形量是晶粒圆整的最主要因素;热变形量为60%,冷变形量为15%,等温处理温度为661℃,等温处理时间为16 min,是较为理想的工艺参数。 Influences of technical parameters on preparing the semi-solid slurries of 3A21 alloy are investigated by the orthogonal test using the strain induced melt activation(SIMA) process under the experimental condition. The results show that the main factor for grain to refine is the holding time, that the main factor in obtaining globular grains is the thermal deformation, and that the best technical parameters are as follows: the thermal deformation 60%, the cold deformation 15%, the heat holding temperature 661℃ and the heat holding time 16 min.
