摘要
目的引进并探讨重复刻板行为检查表(修订版)(RBS-R)在中国儿童孤独症群体中的适用性。方法对104例孤独症儿童进行RBS-R评定,其中40例患儿由家长分别填写RBS-R,30例患儿于2～4周后由同一位家长再次填写RBS-R,以检验评定者信度和重测信度;同时对患儿评定孤独症行为检查量表、儿童孤独症评定量表,经比较检验RBS-R的效标效度;对RBS-R结构模型进行验证性因素分析,以检验结构效度。结果 RBS-R各因子的评定者信度(ICC)在0.73～0.90之间,重测ICC在0.74～0.91之间,各因子及总量表的内部一致性系数为0.49～0.78;RBS-R与孤独症行为评定量表、儿童孤独症评定量表的相应因子间呈正相关(r=0.31～0.69,P<0.001);验证性因素分析检验了结构的有效性(χ2/df=2.01、GFI=0.681、NFI=0.596、CFI=0.681、RMSEA=0.063)。结论中文版重复刻板行为检查表(修订版)的信、效度较好,为孤独症儿童刻板行为检查提供有效的评估工具,但仍有不足需进一步完善。
Objective To explore the application feasibility of Chinese version of the Repetitive Behavior Scale-Revised （ RBS-R ） in children with autism.Methods Totally 104subjects with childhood autism were rated with the RBS-R , of whom 40 subjects were rated by fathers and mothers separately , and the same parents of 30subjects filled in the checklist again 2～4 weeks later to test inter-rater reliability and test-retest reliability.All children were rated with the Autism Behavior Checklist （ ABC ） and Childhood Autism Rating Scale （ CARS ） to test the criterion validity of the RBS-R.Results The inter-rater reliability （ ICC ） of the six factors were 0.73～0.9and test-retest ICC of the five factors were 0.74～0.91.The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficients of internal consistency of the six factors and the total scale were 0.49～0.78.The RBS-R was positively correlated respectively with the corresponding factors of ABC and CARS （ r= 0.31～0.69 , P0.001 ） .Confirmatory factor analysis con- firmed structure validity of the RBS-R （ χ2 / df=2.01 , GFI=0.681 , NFI=0.596 , CFI=0.681 , RMSEA=0.063 ） .Conclusion The Chinese version of Repetitive Behavior Scale-Revised has good reliability and validity.The results confirm the utility of the RBSR as a measure of repetitive behaviors in young Chinese children with autism , yet it still needs further revising.
