摘要
以聚乳酸(PLA)长丝和棉纱为原料,充分利用PLA的导湿性能和棉纤维的吸湿性能,在尽可能地减小织物横向密度、纵向密度、厚度及克重差异的情况下,通过合理的纤维含量设计,试制出了7种不同含量的PLA/棉针织面料.经过芯吸效应测试、透湿率试验得出:当PLA/棉含量在35/65到65/35时,织物导湿性能良好、穿着舒适.
To polylactic acid(PLA) filament yarn and cotton yarn as raw material,and make full use of the PLA on wet performance and cotton fiber moisture absorption.Case minimize the lateral density of the fabric,the longitudinal density,thickness,and weight differences,through the a reasonable fiber content design,prototype seven different content of the PLA / cotton knit fabric.After wicking test,the experiment showed that when the content of PLA / cotton 35/65 to 65/35,the fabric guide good wet performance,comfortable to wear and provide the basis for the actual production of water vapor transmission rate.
