平纹织物湿舒适性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 从吸湿快干型纤维的导湿机理入手,以纯苎麻、纯棉、改性涤纶/棉(80/20)、改性涤纶/苎麻(75/25)为原料,织制了5种平纹织物并测定其与湿舒适性有关的一系列指标.结果表明:纯棉织物湿性能不及苎麻织物;当棉中混入80%的改性涤纶后,导湿散湿能力显著增强,织物0.5h芯吸高度可达14cm,90min水分散失95%左右;棉与改涤/苎麻(75/25)交织、总紧度为94.7%时,织物的湿性能受到很大影响,随着总紧度下降到76.8%,散湿速率不变,而导湿能力和保水力分别提高28%和94%. Starting with moisture-transfer mechanism of absorption quick dry fiber,ramie,cotton,modified polyester/cot-ton(80/20) blend yarn,modified polyester/ramie(75/25) blend yarn are used as materials to produce 5 plain fabrics,then the series indexes of property of wet comfortableness property are tested.The result shows that the wet comfortableness of cotton fabric is weaker than ramie′s;the water conducting and dispersing enhances when 80% modified polyester added cotton,wicking height is 14 cm in 0.5 h,water dispersing rate is 95% during 90 min;cotton interacting with polyester/ramie(75/25) blend yarn,wet comfortableness property is affected when its tightness is 94.7%,with the tightness decreases to 76.8%,the dispersing as the same as the former,but water conducting and containing abilities increase 28% and 94% respectively.
