摘要
文章介绍了蓝光LED涂敷YAG荧光粉形成白光的原理。通过在1瓦蓝色LED芯片上涂敷荧光粉实验,获得了荧光粉对白光LED性能影响的实验数据。实验表明,黄粉和红粉混合使用,可以提高显色指数,红粉所占比例在7%~25%,显色指数最高达到92;不同品牌的荧光粉达到最高显色指数红粉所占比例有一定差异。控制荧光粉和胶体的涂覆量,可以降低LED色温的离散性,通过荧光粉对白光LED色温和显色指数性能参数影响的研究,为企业改善白光LED性能参数提供理论分析和实验数据。
This paper introduces the principle of the white LED which use blue LED and YAG phosphor. The experiment is using one watt blue LED chip coated with phosphor to obtain the experimental data of the phosphor effects on white LED. The experimental result shows that YAG phosphor mixed with red phosphor can improve the color rendering index. The ratio of red phosphor at the range of 7% - 25% can obtain color rendering index more than 92. There are some differences among different brands of red phosphor to achieve the highest color rendering index, to control the amount of phosphor and glue can reduce the dispersion of the color temperature; The research may provide manufacturers some theoretical analysis and experimental data to improve white LED performance parameters.
