摘要
高压脉冲电场(PEF)杀菌技术是当前最为热门的非热杀菌技术之一,而PEF系统中处理室的设计和优化是该技术的研究重点之一。以共场处理室为研究对象,分析处理室在工作过程中内部存在的电场、流场以及温度场的关系,开发2D同场处理室耦合场分析软件,简化了建模过程,使物理场仿真过程更加直观。并以此为工具,对提出的4种结构的处理室温度场与电场进行对比仿真分析,得到了处理室结构的优化方向。同时得出,在设计更优处理室结构时,温度分布是最重要因素。
High-voltage pulsed electric field (Pulsed Electric Field, PEF) sterilization is the most popular non-thermal sterilization tech- nology. Similarly, the design and optimization of the treatment chamber has become the focus of the study. This paper mainly pres- ents the co-field treatment chamber as the research object, analyzes the relationship between the electric field, flow field and temperature field in working process of the treatment chamber, and uses COM- SOL secondary development platform to develop a 2D co-field treat- ment chamber coupling field analysis software, which can be used for different parameters and structures in co-field treatment chamber to work process simulation and as a tool for comparing simulation anal- ysis to conclude the optimal structure. Finally, this paper presents the temperature uniformity which is the first standard to optimize the treatment chamber structure.
