摘要
改变常规单晶硅太阳电池生产工艺,制备了选择性发射极太阳电池。主要方法是扩散之前,在电极区域印刷一层磷浆作为磷源对电极区域进行重扩散;与此同时,在非电极区域采用POCl3作为磷源轻扩散。以此方法制备了选择性发射极高效太阳电池,且与常规工艺电池片进行对比测试。经过测试,转换效率比常规工艺电池片高0.6%。
The selective emitter(SE) solar cells were prepared by changing the production process of conventional silicon solar cell. A layer of phosphorus paste was printed in the electrode region as the diffusion source before diffusion. Then the heavily doped region in the electrode was achieved under high temperature. At the same time, light doping in the non-electrode area was finished by using POC13 as phosphorus source. The properties of prepared solar cell were tested. The conversion efficiency of selective emitter solar cells increases 0. 6% over than that of the conventional solar cells.
