摘要
目的分析不同组别肿瘤科护理人员抗肿瘤药物的毒性反应情况，确定抗肿瘤药物对护理人员健康的影响。方法将本院自2009年5月至2012年5月时间段在肿瘤科工作的护理人员按工作时间长短分成四组，分析比较各组护理人员的外周血白细胞计数（WBC）、脱发及月经异常情况。结果与工作未满半年的护理人员相比，工作超过半年的护理人员WBC、脱发及月经异常情况变化明显（P〈0．05）。结论抗肿瘤药物对护理人员身体健康有毒性作用，应引起护理人员重视，加强自我防护意识，改善抗肿瘤药物不良影响，减少特殊职业带来的健康损害。
Objective To analyze the antineoplastic drug toxicity reaction on the different groups of oncology nurses and ascertain the effect of antineoplastic drugs on the nursing staff health. Methods In our hospital from May 2009 to May 2012 working in oncology de- partment, oncology nurses were divided into four groups according to the length of working time. Peripheral white blood cell count, hair loss and abnormal menstruation condition were analyzed and compared between four groups. Results Compared with nursing staff who worked less than half a year, the changes of WBC, hair loss and abnormal menstruation condition of the nursing staff who worked more than half a year were significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions the anti - tumor drugs on nursing staff health toxic action, should cause the attention of nursing staff, strengthen the consciousness of self protection, improvement of antitumor drug adverse effects, reduce the special occupation brought health damage.
