酸处理纤维水镁石对红细胞溶血能力的影响 被引量:10

摘要 用不同浓度的柠檬酸 (2 % ,4% ,8% ,1 6 % )以及 8%草酸、 2 %酒石酸、 2 %乙酸处理纤维水镁石 ,后者使红细胞的溶血率及丙二醛 (MDA)含量均降低 ,而 0 3%尼古丁处理纤维水镁石后 ,其溶血率、MDA均增加。本研究结果认为 ,低浓度的有机酸处理纤维水镁石会降低其红细胞毒性 ,机制可能是降低了脂质过氧化。 In order to evaluate effects of severval chemicals(citric acid,oxalic acid,tartaric acid,ethanoic acid and nicotine)on the hemolytic activities of fibrous brucite,the percentage of hemolysis and MDA was used to observe the cytotoxicity of human erythrocyte.The percentage of hemolysis and MDA decreased if fibrous brucite was treated by citric acid(2%,4%,8% and 16%),8% oxalic acid,and 2% tartaric acid,as well as 2% ethanoic acid,however,0 3% nicotine could increase hemolytic activities.It could be concluded that fibrous brucite treated with low concentration of organic acids could decrease the hemolytic activities significantly,while nicotine could increase the cytotoxicity of human erythrocyte.It suggested that the hemolytic activities could correlated with the lipid peroxidation of fibrous brucite.
