摘要
根据植物细胞的全能性理论,每一个植物细胞经过组织培养都可以形成新的个体。但不同细胞的分化、发育程度不同,而且在不同的外植体中基因的表达也有所不同。所以不同的培养材料如幼穗、幼胚、成熟胚、花药、叶片等对小麦愈伤组织的诱导存在很大的差异。另外培养基的不同类型、生长调节物质的种类及浓度等培养的环境条件对小麦愈伤组织的诱导也产生不同的影响。
Based on the totipotency theory, every plant cell can regenerate into new plant after tissue cuhure. However, different wheat explants such as immature inflorescences, immature embryos, mature embryos, anthers and leaves have clearly different potencial to produce calluses and regenerated plants. It may be resulted from the different degrees of cellular differentiation and gene expression in different tissues and organs. In addition, the environmental conditions such as medium types, growth regulator types and concentrations have also important effects on the callus induction of wheat
