摘要
以小麦品种豫麦18为受体进行外源基因转移,以豫麦18的成熟胚为外植体进行愈伤诱导,通过分化培养基的分化获得小麦幼苗,建立了豫麦18再生系统。同时,通过实验认为,培养基中25mg/L的G418可以作为筛选转基因抗性愈伤的浓度。
In order to introduce foreign DNA fragment into wheat yumai-18 planted popularly in Henan province,the callus were induced from mature embryo of wheat yumai-18,and then,the regenerated plant was obtained by differention culture,so the regeneration system was obtained.On the other hand,the untransgenic wheat cullus were killed by the antibotic G418 at the concerntation of the 25 mg/L.
