从油茶籽粕中提取糖萜素的工艺研究 被引量:12

摘要 以榨取油后的油茶籽粕为原料,以含水甲醇作为提取溶剂,在单因素实验的基础上,考察甲醇浓度、浸提液固比、温度、时间和浸提次数对糖萜素提取得率的影响。选用L16(45)正交表,应用正交试验得出在60℃下用浓度为70%的甲醇以10(mL/g)的液固比加入浸提2.5h,浸提2次可以使糖萜素的得率最高,得率为28.90%,为糖萜素提取的最佳工艺条件,在此条件下糖萜素中总皂苷含量为31.8%,总糖含量为35.7%,干燥失重率为5.5%,粗蛋白含量为11.2%,符合糖萜素质量指标。 Saccharicterpenin was extracted from camellia seed meal with methanolon. On the basis of single factor experiment, orthogonal method was used for studying the effect of methanol concentration, leaching liquid - solid ratio, temperature, time and extraction times on Saccharicterpenin obtain rate by the L16 (45) orthogonal table. The optimum technological conditions of extraction are as follows : 70% methanol concentration, liquid - solid ratio of 10 (ml_,/g), extraction time of 2.5h, extraction 2 times and extraction temperature of 60℃. The yield was 28. 90% at the conditions listed above ,and content of total saponins was 31.8%, total sugar content was 35.7%, the dry mass loss rate was 5.5%, protein content was 11.2%, in line with Saccharicterpenin quality indicators.
