摘要
针对常规调剖剂因成本较高、处理半径较小、使调剖效果受到影响的问题而研制出一种深度调剖剂。该调剖剂采用大分子量聚丙烯酰胺为主体原料 ,加入交联剂、稳定剂及延缓剂 ,形成本体凝胶。文中主要对调剖剂的作用机理、调剖剂的影响因素、现场施工工艺和在中岔口及二连蒙古林砂岩油田现场试验情况进行了论述。实践证明 :SD- 1型调剖剂交联时间长 ,成本较低 ,处理半径大 ,施工工艺简单 ,应用效果好。
A kind of deep profile control agent was developed according to the problems exiting in field such as higher cost of general agent and shorter disposal radius. This kind of reality gel was formed using bigger molecular weight polypropylene acidamide as main material, put in many crosslinker, stabilizer and raterder. This paper mainly discusses the effect mechanism, affect factor and the technology using in fields. The paper also discusses the field test in Zhongchakou Oilfield and Erlian Oilfield. It was testified that this kind of gel agent has a longer crosslinking time, lower cost, longer disposal radius and simpler construct technology.
