摘要
油田常用的调剖剂在抗盐、抗剪切等方面存在一定缺陷 ,为此研究了一种深度调剖剂 .复合离子聚合物由具有阴、阳、非离子的单体三甲基单烯丙基氯化铵、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸共聚而成 ,相对分子质量约为 40 0万 ,阳离子摩尔分数为 18% .复合离子聚合物与六次甲基四胺微交联形成复合离子调剖剂 ,其最佳配方为 :复合离子聚合物的质量分数为0 .6 % ,六次甲基四胺的质量分数为 0 .4% ,pH值调节剂的质量分数为 0 .1% ,其余为自来水 ,养护温度为 45℃ .将配制的调剖剂用于大庆矿场 ,结果表明 :调剖后主力吸水层葡Ⅰ 2相对吸水率下降了 36 .4% ,与其相连通的 2口油井 ,调剖初期单井日增油为 5 .5t,含水率下降了 7.9% 。
The compound-ion polymer was copolymerized with anion, cation and non-ion monomer which is trimethydally lammonium chloride(TA), acrylamide(AM) and acrylic acid(AA). The molecular weight of compound-ion polymer is 4000000 and its caution content is 18%. The compound-ion polymer crosslinked with urotropine to form a compound-ion profile-modifying agent. The prescription is that the mass ratio of compound-ion polymer is 0.6%, the mass ratio of urotropine is 0.4%, the adjusting agent of pH value is 0.1%. the curing temperature is 45 ℃. The field test is in progress in Daqing Oilfield using the compound-ion profile-modifying agent. The result shows that the absorption rate of the main formation PUI2 decreases 36.4%. The crude oil that produce from well which connect with the injecting well increases 5.5 t/d and the water rate decreases 7.9%.
