摘要
研究了在 γ-Al2 O3催化剂上苯酚与异丙醇烷基化生成邻异丙基苯酚的反应。结果表明 ,不同产地的 γ-Al2 O3催化剂烷基化性能不同 ;在经 Ca O、Mn O2 、Zr O2 、Fe2 O3、Zn O和 P2 O5等氧化物改性后的 γ-Al2 O3催化剂上 ,苯酚转化率下降 ,邻异丙基苯酚选择性有所提高 ,其中较好的改性剂为 Fe2 O3、Mn O2 和 Zn O。在 Ca O-Fe2 O3/ γ-Al2 O3催化剂上邻异丙基苯酚的选择性可达 92 .5 % (苯酚转化率为 1 0 % )。还用 NH3-TPD和吡啶吸附 -IR表征了催化剂的酸性质 ,讨论了影响催化剂烷基化活性和选择性的因素。
The alkylation of phenol with iso propanol to o iso propylphenol on γ Al 2O 3 catalyst has been studied.The alkylation performance over γ Al 2O 3 catalysts from various producing areas differed.Reaction selectivity of o iso propylphenol increased after γ Al 2O 3 modified with oxides such as CaO,MnO 2,Cr 2O 3,ZrO 2,Fe 2O 3,ZnO and P 2O 5,among them Fe 2O 3,MnO 2 and ZnO showed better results.On modified CaO Fe 2O 3/ γ Al 2O 3 catalyst,conversion of phenol and selectivity of o iso propylphenol reached 10% and 92 5%,respectively.Acidic properties of catalysts have been characterized by means of NH 3 TPD and pyridine IR spectroscopy.Factors influencing the reactivity and selectivity were discussed.
