磷钼杂多酸对纤维素水解产物分布及水解过程的影响

摘要 本文用自制玉米秸秆纤维素作为原料,以Wells Dawson型磷钼杂多酸H_(6)P_(2)Mo_(18)O_(62)(Phosphomolybdic acid,PMA)作为催化剂,在水热条件下降解纤维素,考察反应温度、反应时间、料液比和催化剂用量对纤维素转化率及液化产物分布的影响,并探究PMA在水解过程中发挥的机理作用,得到最佳反应条件:反应温度220℃,反应时间60 min,料液比1∶50,催化剂用量1 g,此条件下羟基乙酸、乳酸、甲酸和乙酰丙酸产率分别达到13.69%、4.15%、4.83%和4.34%。结果表明,PMA在纤维素水解实验中表现出很大的潜力,可作为非均相固体酸催化剂用于羟基乙酸生产。 In this paper,self-made corn stalk cellulose was used as raw material,and Wells Dawson-type phosphomolybdic heteropoly acid H_(6)P_(2)Mo_(18)O_(62) (Phosphomolybdic acid,PMA)was used as catalyst to degrade cellulose under hydrothermal conditions.The reaction temperature,reaction time,solid-liquid ratio and catalyst were investigated.The effect of dosage on the conversion rate of cellulose and the distribution of liquefied products was investigated,and the mechanism of PMA in the hydrolysis process was explored.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained:reaction temperature 220 ℃,reaction time 60 min,solid-liquid ratio 1∶50,catalyst dosage 1g,the yields of glycolic acid,lactic acid,formic acid and levulinic acid were 13.69%,4.15%,4.83%and 4.34%,respectively.The experimental results show that PMA shows great potential in cellulose hydrolysis experiments and can be used as a heterogeneous solid acid catalyst for glycolic acid production.
