摘要
高校机关管理队伍与高校师资队伍、高校科研队伍一样,对高校的发展起着非常重要的作用,但是长期以来,高校的改革和发展都忽视机关管理队伍的建设,并由此产生许多问题。文中通过分析高校机关管理队伍建设的目的和意义,阐述目前高校机关管理队伍的现状和存在的弊端,结合现代高校改革和发展的要求,对建设高校机关管理队伍提出了相应的措施和建议。
The management team and the team of university teachers, university scientific research team, plays a very important role in the development of universities, but for a long time, the construction management team have ignored organ reform and development of colleges and universities, and caused many problems. In this paper, through the analysis of the purpose and meaning construction of college office management team, describes the current situation of the management team and the presence of defects, combined with the development of modem universities and the demand of the reform, some measures and suggestions on the constmction of college office management team put forward.
