摘要
采用乳液聚合法,以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸和γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷为共聚单体,合成了具有核壳粒子结构的有机硅改性硅丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液.并对乳液及其涂膜性能进行分析表征.结果表明:MPS加入量为3%时,乳胶粒子具有清晰的核壳结构,乳液及其涂膜具有较好的综合性能;涂膜热稳定性较改性前提高12℃,与空气界面的水接触角为105.34°,表面自由能低至18.69mN/m.
Abstract; Silicone-acrylate emulsion with core-shell structure was synthesized through the emulsion polymerization with butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, methyl aerylic acid and 7-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane as co-monomers. The paper characterized the properties of the emulsion and its film. The experimental results indicated that when MPS adding amount was 3 %, the latex particles exhibited clear core-shell structure, and the emulsion as well as its film showed exeellent overall performances. Relative to no MPS modification, the thermal stability increased 12 ℃, the water eontaet angle between film and air reached 105.34°, and the film surface free energy decreased to 18. 69 mN/m.
