摘要
针对公司能耗现状,在全厂综合用能分析基础上,按照过程系统三环节能量综合优化方法,分析用能的改进潜力,提出能量优化建议,采取提高转化效率,热联合模式、低温热综合利用等全局优化方案,使用能结构进一步合理,提高用能水平,以降低综合能耗的目的。
According to the current energy utilization condition of SINOPEC Zhanjiang Dongxing Petrochemical Company, based on the comprehensive energy utilization analysis of the whole company and the threelink energy optimization method, this article analyzes the potential improvement capacity of energy utilization and puts forward suggestions about overall energy optimization such as improving transformation efficiency, adopting heat integration model, and utilizing low-temperature heat synthesis. Thus, energy utilization structure can be further optimized, energy utilization level can be improved, and the aim of reducing comprehensive energy consumption can be achieved.
