摘要
为适应敏捷供需链位置决策的需要 ,提出了用定单满足率代替时间、质量和服务 ,将它与成本作为评价供需链位置决策的指标 ,详细分析了敏捷供需链的成本构成和定单满足率的计算方法。给出了位置决策的数学规划模型 ,并分析了影响目标函数和约束条件模型的主要因素 ,给出了相应的对策。该模型是在现实的假设上提出的 ,可用于解决多种产品。
Decision making model was developed for agile supply chains using the order fulfill rate to replace time, quality and service as criteria for the supply chain together with cost. The paper analyzes the cost structure of the agile supply chain and proposes methods for calculating the cost and order fill rates of the supply chain. A mathematical model was developed for the site location problem which analyzes the main factors which influence the object function and constraints and the relevant policies. The model useing more practical assumptions can be used to resolve site location problems of agile supply chains composed of several products and several distribution centers.
