摘要
对X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)测定锆质耐火材料中二氧化锆的测量不确定度的来源进行分析,并对相应的不确定度分量进行评定,最终给出了扩展不确定度。
The sources of the uncertainty in measurement for the determination of ZrO2 content in zirconium refractory material by XRF were analyzed and discussed in detail,and main components of uncertainty in measurement were evaluated,At last the expanded uncertainty was also expressed.
