摘要
在家用电器500 kHz频率点的电源端口传导骚扰电压测量中,对影响测量结果的不确定度分量进行了分析,并给出了各分量标准不确定度以及测量结果的不确定度评定。
The components that influence the uncertainty of measuremtent results during measuring the mains-borne terminal conducting disturbance voltage of household appliance in 500kHz frequency are analyzed. The standard uncertainty of components and evaluation of uncertainty of measuremtent results are given.
