摘要
通过对桑树(MorusalbaL)组织培养中褐化问题的研究,得出以下结论:选取桑树基部发出的幼枝上的腋芽做外植体,使用1/2MS培养基和2.0～5.0mg/LBA,适当提高培养基硬度,无菌苗初期勤转种并进行暗处理,降低温度。
By the study on the browning during tissue culture of Morus alba L.The following results have been obtained:taking the axillarg bud of the young tree shoot on the basal shoot of the adult tree of Morus alba as explants,using 1/2?MS medium added with BA2.0—5.0?mg/L,increasing properly the hardness of medium,explantation frequency of the explant at an early stage of culture,dark treatment and decreasing temperature all are effective method to decrease or lighten browing.
