摘要
中和氧化过程是湿法生产铁红的关键工艺环节之一,含铁废液经过中和氧化过程的处理所得氢氧化铁沉淀的质量,直接影响最终铁红产品的品质。中和氧化反应终点的pH值和反应过程温度重要工艺参数,都需要进行严格的控制。以此需要研究适合铁红生产的pH值控制系统工程实现方法。
The neutralization and oxidation process is part of the key process of wet production of iron oxide red. The quality of the iron hydroxide precipitation from iron liquid waste after neutralization oxidation process directly influence the quality of the final iron oxide red products. The pH value at the end of oxida- tion reaction and the important technological parameters of temperature in the reaction process must be con- trolled strictly. Therefore, the research of the realization method of pH value control system engineering suitable for the production of iron oxide red is needed.
