摘要
选取生活垃圾中的废塑料(聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)以及其混合物)进行了热裂解实验,实验在氮气气氛下进行,温度从室温升至600℃,升温速率为10℃/min。基于试验测定的温度分布,采用准稳态方法给出了废塑料典型组分热裂解的有效导热系数的变化规律,并讨论了废塑料热裂解过程的换热机理。
The pyrolysis experiments were made by using typical constituents of plastic wastes (polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and their mixtures) over the range from room temperature to 600 ℃ at the heating rate of l0 ℃/min in nitrogen atmosphere. Based on the temperature distribution of the experimental measurement, and the variation of the effective thermal conductivity coefficient of typical constituentts pyrolysis of plastic wastes were carried out by the quasi-steady method, and the heat transfer mechanism of the typical constituents of plastic wastes was analyzed.
