摘要
本文总结几类改性沥青的工艺原理,即通过施加剪切力、添加溶剂等办法促使改性剂在沥青中细化、分散、溶胀,并利用稳定剂维持这种胶体状态,遵循此原理提出RM-PMA技术。分析改性剂与沥青极性组分的反应机理;阐述原材料选用原则及母料的两相互穿连续结构设计思路;对母料进行稳定性分析,认为母料不会离析;分析共混加工温度的设计思路并按此思路得出几种改性剂的共混温度。
Technical principle of several kinds of polymer modified asphalt is summarized in this paper, that is to imposing shear stress and adding solvent etc. to promote modifier refining, dispersion and swelling in asphalt and use stabilizer to maintain this kind of colloidal structure. RM-PMA technology is presented in accordance with this principle. The reaction mechanism of modifier and asphalt polarity components is analyzed and the principle of raw materials selection and continuous structural design idea of master batch two phase mutual penetrations is expounded. The stability analysis of master batch proves that master batch will not be segregation: design idea of blending temperature of premixing master batch is studied and the blending temperatures of several modifiers are obtained based on this idea.
