摘要
口腔菌斑生物膜与口腔多种疾病相关,包括龋病、牙周病、牙髓疾病、念珠菌病等,目前控制菌斑生物膜的方法主要是机械清除法和化学药物法,但两者皆有其局限性。因此,寻找一种新的控制菌斑生物膜的方法在临床上有很高的应用价值。光动力学疗法是利用激活的光敏剂将能量传递给可利用的氧,生成单线态氧和自由基等有毒性的氧种类,破坏细胞的蛋白质、脂质、核酸及其他成分以达到杀灭致病菌的方法。光动力学疗法主要涉及光敏剂、光源和氧,其中光敏剂是核心物质。本文就拟光动力学疗法控制口腔菌斑生物膜中光敏剂的发展及研究现状作一综述。
Dental plaque biofilm are involved in the etiology of various oral conditions, including caries, periodontal diseases, endodontic diseases and eandidiasis. Current treatment techniques involve mechanical disruption of dental plaque biofilm and chemical methods, however, both of them have their limitations.Thereforew looking for a new control method of dental plaque biofilm in clinical will have a high application value. The transfer of energy from the activated photosensitizer to avaikLble oxygen results in the formation of toxic oxygen species, such as singlet oxygen and free radicals. They can damage proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, and other cellular components. Photodynamic therapy mainly involved photesensitizer, light and oxygen, which the core substance is photosensitizer. ]his paper reviews the photosensitizer in the control of dental plaque biofilm.
