摘要
大型发电机定冷水水质控制主要参考3个指标:电导率、pH和铜含量。pH降低,空芯铜导线容易受到腐蚀,引起铜含量增大和电导率升高,因此控制定冷水pH在合理范围并采取有效的除盐措施是定冷水处理的实施要点。阐述了国内发电机定冷水处理的现状和不足,分析了空芯铜导线腐蚀的原理,提出铵型小混床与H/OH型小混床联合处理发电机定冷水工艺,并对可能存在的问题提出相应对策。
The three main indexes as reference for water quality control of large generator stator cooling water are as follows : conductivity, pH and content of copper. When pH gets lower, the hollow copper wire is prone to corrosion, resulting in the increase of copper content and conductivity. Therefore, controlling the pH of the stator cooling water in the reasonable scope, as well as taking effective desalting measure, is the main point of stator cooling water treat- ment. The current situation and deficiency of the generator stator cooling water treatment technology are expounded. The principle of the hollow copper wire corrosion is analyzed. The combined process of small ammoniated mixed bed and H/OH small mixed bed applied to the treatment of generator stator water cooling, and corresponding counter- measures of possibly existing problems are brought forward.
