摘要
为探讨赤芍和川芎及其配伍对血淤模型大鼠血液流变学的影响,试验选取大鼠50只,随机分为空白组、模型组、赤芍组、川芎组和川芎赤芍组,每组10只。除空白组外,其余4组给药结束后,均用盐酸肾上腺素制作大鼠血淤模型。随后检测了所有样品的全血黏度、血浆黏度和红细胞压积值等血液流变学指标。结果表明,同空白组比较,模型组各血液流变学指标明显升高;同模型组比较,赤芍、川芎单味药及1∶1赤芍川芎药均明显降低全血黏度、全血还原黏度、全血相对黏度、红细胞变形指数红和细胞聚集指数。赤芍、川芎和赤芍川芎配伍均对血淤模型大鼠具有明显活血化淤作用,川芎的作用略大于赤芍,赤芍川芎1∶1配伍没有表现出明显的协同作用。
This article discussed the effects of Chishao,Chuanxiong and their combination on the hemorheology in blood stasis rats.In this test,50 rats were chosen randomly to divide into five groups as: control group,model group,Chishao group,Chuanxiong group and Chishao-Chuanxiong combination group,10 rats each group.Adrenaline was applied to establish the rat blood stasis model except the control group.And then the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit of all samples were detected for investigating the effects of Chishao,Chuanxiong and their combination on the hemorheology in acute blood stasis rats.The results were as follows.Compared with the control group,the blood rheological indexes of the model group increased significantly.Compared with the model group,Chishao,Chuanxiong and their combination(1∶1) could significantly decrease the whole blood viscosity,the whole blood restore viscosity,the whole blood relative viscosity,erythrocyte deformation index and erythrocyte aggregation index.The main conclusions were as follows.Chishao,Chuanxiong and their combination(1∶1) had the obvious effects on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis in blood stasis rats.It proved that the effect of Chuanxiong was slightly greater than that of Chishao,while the combination(1∶1) of Chishao and Chuanxiong has no obvious synergy effect.
