摘要
目的:探讨银杏达莫注射液联合异丙嗪治疗眩晕症的临床疗效和症状消失时间。方法:选取我院收治的83例眩晕患者的临床资料,其中,对照组41例患者采用银杏达莫注射液进行治疗,观察组42例患者采用银杏达莫注射液联合异丙嗪进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和临床症状消失时间。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组患者,同时,观察组患者的临床症状如眩晕、耳蜗综合征、植物神经症状、前庭功能受损等消失时间均明显低于对照组患者,且差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银杏达莫注射液联合异丙嗪治疗眩晕症具有十分显著的疗效,有利于促进患者的早日康复,值得临床广泛推广和应用。
Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy of Yinxing Damo Injection combined with promethazine for the treatment of vertigo. Methods：The clinical data of 83 cases of patients with vertigo was collected. 41 patients in control group were treated with Yinxing Damo Injection while 42 patients in the observation group with Yinxing Damo Injection combined with promethazine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients and clinical symptoms disappeared time were compared. Results ：After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group patients was 100.00%, and significantly higher than that of the control group ,the observation group patients clinical symptoms disappeared time such as dizziness, cochlear syndrome, autonomic symptoms,vestibular function impaired disappearance time were significantly lower than those of the control group patients, and the difference was statistically significant,P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion：Yinxing Damo Injection combined with promethazine in tile treatment of vertigo has a very significant effect,which is help to promote the recovery and it is worthy of clinical widely promotion and application.
