摘要
目的:观察醒脑清神汤治疗脑外伤后抑郁型精神障碍临床疗效。方法:将纳入标准的120例脑外伤后抑郁型精神障碍患者,口服醒脑清神汤3个月后对病人治疗前后的定向能力、记忆能力、计算能力、语言能力、命令服从及HDS分项等项目进行统计分析。结果:临床症状:显效66.67%,有效28.33%,无效3.33%,总有效率95%;脑电地形图的改善情况:明显改善46.67%,改善50%,无效3.33%,总有效率96.67%;SPECT情况:明显改善50.83%,改善46.64%,无效2.5%,总有效率97.50%;HDS积分由治疗前的(15.3±4.8)提高到治疗后的(23.8±5.2),治疗前后有显著性差异。结论:醒脑清神汤在改善脑外伤后抑郁型精神障碍患者临床症状和脑电图方面具有明显作用,在研究期间使用安全可靠,值得进一步研究和临床推广使用。
Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the Xingnao Qingshen decoction. Methods： To select 120 patients treated with the Xinguao Qingshen decoction for three months, orientation, memory, numeracy, language ability, command obedience and HDS breakdown project of patients were recorded for statistical analysis before and after treatment. Results： Clinical symptoms： Effective 66.67%, little effective 28.33%, invalid 3.33%, the total efficiency for 95%. Improve the situation of brain electrical activity mapping： Improved significantly to 46.67%, an improvement of 50%, ineffective, 3.33%, and the total efficiency of 96.67%; SPECT： Significant improvement in 50.83%, an improvement of 46.64%, an invalid of 2.5%, the total efficiency of 97.50%; HDS integral pre-treatment of （15.3±4.8） to （23.8±5.2） after, a significant difference before and after treatment. Conclusion： The Xinguao Qingshen decoction was effective in treating the depressive mental disorders after traumatis brain injury.
