摘要
脑外伤(TBI)是由外伤引起的脑组织结构和功能严重损害的疾病,其发生率以及严重程度受到世界各国医学界的广泛重视。如何降低TBI的致残率、病死率及减轻后遗症成为急救医学研究的一个重要课题。高压氧治疗TBI在临床上广泛应用,涉及维护脑组织功能、减轻并发症及后遗症等领域。了解高压氧的合理应用及相关机制有利于评估高压氧对TBI的利弊,更好地应用并发挥其治疗效果。文章就高压氧治疗TBI的研究进展作一综述。
Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is a disease caused by trauma that leads to severe structural and functional damage in brain tissue.The high incidence and severity of TBI have received extensive attention throughout the world.How to reduce the disability rate,mortality rate and sequelae has became an important subject in emergency medicine.In recent years,hyperbaric oxygen therapy has widely used for maintaining brain function and reducing complications and sequelae.The understanding of reasonable application and related mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen therapy is conducive to evaluate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on TBI,and then to achieve a better therapeutic effect.This paper reviews the research progress of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for TBI.
