摘要
讨论了超细TiO_2粉体的团聚和分散机理,以水合氧化硅为改性剂,对超细TiO_2粉体进行表面处理,制得透明超细TiO_2。筛选出最佳改性条件:pH=9~10;水合SiO_2用量为4%~6%;改性温度70~80℃。对产品进行了紫外屏蔽性能和酸溶性测定,并对其电镜照片进行了分析。
The mechanism of agglomeration and dispersion of ul-trafine TiO2 particles are discussed. The transparent ultra-fine TiO2 is obtained through surface modification of ultra-fine TiO2 by using hydrated SiO2 as a modifier. The optimal modified conditions are pH: 8 ~ 9 > the dosage of hydrated SiO2:4%-6%,TR:70-80 'C. The UV - shielding ability and acid - solubility of the product is determined. In addition ?the TEM photograph is discussed.
