摘要
高频链矩阵式逆变器(High Frequency Link Matrix Inverter,简称HFLMI)是一类可实现直流侧与交流侧电气隔离的高功率密度变换器,针对矩阵式逆变器的双向开关特征,运用解结耦分析思想,研究了一种新的适用于三相HFLMI的解结耦正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)策略。阐述了所提方案的基本控制思路,详细分析了在前级逆变器高频开关工作周期内高频链逆变电路的工作模态,给出实验结果。相关工作验证了解结耦SPWM的可行性与有效性。
The three-phase high frequency link matrix inverter(HFLMI) is an important kind of inverter that can per- form the electrical insulation between DC side and AC side.Aiming at the character of bidirectional switch in the ma- trix inverter, a novel modulation strategy as De-Re-couple sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) by using De-Re- couple analysis idea is studied, the control principle of it is discussed, a thoroughly analysis of the matrix inverter working modes and some switching rules are shown.The results of lab experiments are presented,the De-Re-couple SPWM could be approved to be feasible and effective by all of them.
